1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bomi Classes platforms (website/app), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

1.2 Services Offered

Bomi Classes provides digital educational services including:

• Online courses (live & recorded)
• Test series
• Study materials
• Mentorship & academic support

1.3 Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old OR
• Use the platform under supervision of a parent/guardian

1.4 User Account

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• Any activity under the account is deemed to be by the user
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited

1.5 Student Conduct Policy

Users agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell course content
• Record live classes without permission
• Engage in abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour
• Misuse platform resources or attempt unauthorized access

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action

1.6 Intellectual Property Rights

• All content (videos, notes, tests, branding) is owned by Bomi Classes
• Users are granted limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive access

Users shall NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify content
• Upload content on public/private platforms
• Use content for commercial purposes

1.7 Anti-Piracy & Enforcement

Bomi Classes follows a zero-tolerance anti-piracy policy:

• Unauthorized distribution will lead to:
  • Legal proceedings
  • Claim for damages
  • Permanent account termination
• Digital watermarking and tracking may be used

1.8 Payments & Pricing

• All payments are advance and non-cancellable
• GST applicable as per law

1.9 Limitation of Liability

• Liability limited to amount paid
• No guarantee of academic results

1.10 Force Majeure

No liability for events beyond control

1.11 Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

2.1 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once:

• Course access is granted OR
• Content is consumed

2.2 Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following:

2.3 Trial Period Policy (Applicable to Long-Term Courses)

To ensure transparency and user satisfaction:

• A 5-day trial period shall be applicable only for courses with a duration exceeding 6 months
• The trial period begins from the date of first class access

Eligibility for Refund During Trial Period:

A refund request during the trial period will be considered only if ALL the following conditions are met:

1. The student has attended all scheduled classes during the trial period
2. The refund request is raised within 5 days from course commencement
3. No violation of platform policies (including sharing or piracy) has occurred

Refund Terms under Trial Policy:

• Refund shall be processed after verification of attendance records
• The refunded amount shall be: Course Fee Paid – (Applicable GST + Payment Gateway Charges + Any Government Taxes)
• GST and other statutory taxes are non-refundable, as they are deposited with the government in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017

Important Conditions:

• Failure to attend even a single scheduled class during the trial period will make the user ineligible for refund
• No refund requests will be entertained after the 5-day trial period
• This trial policy applies only once per user per course

2.4 Technical Issues

• Report within 48 hours
• Resolution via access

2.5 Chargebacks

Unauthorized disputes may lead to:

• Account suspension
• Legal action
